- Provides multidisciplinary child development, youth health and mental health service in a community based, non-profit setting.
- Initiated resource rooms in shools for children with learning difficulties.
- Strengthens community resources for promoting child and family development, education and youth health.
- Provides improved care for the treatment of people with depression and anxiety disorders in primary health care.
- Provides a suite of community based services for people with schizophrenia through trained lay people.
- Partners with government agencies, schools and the voluntary Sector to deliver chiled development, youth health and mental health services in a variety of settings.
- Conducts a range of training programs, lectures and workshops for Goan health care providers, teachers, and families.
- Generates high quality research evidence to guide Goa’s child development, youth health and mental health policies.
- Employs over 90 staff and invests in building their capacity through training and other opportunities.
